Accenture to governments: Don't 'swallow the kool aid' on emerging technologies.

The article focuses on the failure of governments to make use of technological innovations in Australia. Particular focus is given to the factors leading to the failure in the success of government services which includes lack of leadership, absence of skills, and legacy systems.
