Abstract
- The article discusses automation of workforce in the water utility industry. Topics discussed include utility industry research by Clevest revealing that 25 percent of water utilities still use paper-based system, use of Clevest's Mobile Workforce Management system by a utility in New Mexico after its work order backlog and customer satifaction and operational efficiency with it.
