Abstract
- The article talks about the village of Nessana in the Negev region of southern Israel in sixth century discussing the activities of soldiers there under the Roman Empire. Topics discussed include the survival of the papyri manuscripts of the region, the mention of Theodosians in the region in manuscripts, and the evidences of camels being used by the soldiers in the village.
