Editorial.

This article presents a brief introduction of the January 1994 issue of the "Journal of Organizational Behavior" by its editor. The editor briefly outlines several articles contained in the journal. He reports about the increase in number of subscriptions and the manuscripts submitted to the journal. Along with these, he reports joining of new members in the editorial board. Several new changes and updation already taken place and to be adopted are described. The editor reports that this issue is introduced with a new commentary section edited by Roy Payne of Sheffield university, England. The editorial board has also decided to give rewards for dedicated and quality reviewing as "the best reviewers of the year." The editor acknowledges authors of article which are contained in the journal.
