Abstract
- A critical review is given of Goldberg's (1952, 1953) theory of Antigen-Antibody reactions in vitro. Goldberg's assumptions and the mathematical development of his theory are described in detail. Comparisons of Goldberg's predictions with experimental results are given in graphical form. Some criticisms are made of Goldberg's use of equations in regions in which the derivations given by him are not valid. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
