Abstract
- The purpose of this study is to develop a theoretical model that investigates the determinants that influence users' loyalty intentions toward mobile hotel booking (MHB) technology. A Web survey will be used to collect the data of the study. The data of this study will be collected from US travelers and US travelers who booked a hotel room through a mobile device at least once in the last six month will be the target population of the study. A marketing company will be contacted to distribute the link for the online questionnaire. The data of the study will be analyzed with AMOS 22.0 utilizing the two-step approach. In the first step, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) will be performed to test the validly of the scales. In the second step, structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis will be used to test the study hypotheses. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
