PD1 blockade with low-dose nivolumab in NK/T cell lymphoma failing L-asparaginase: efficacy and safety.

The article presents case studies of 59-year-old man, 43-year-old man, and 80-year-old woman who were diagnosed with extra nodal natural killer (NK)/T cell lymphoma. Topics discussed include information on Anti-programmed cell death protein 1 (PD1) antibodies which are off-label non-reimbursed drugs for NK/T cell lymphomas; use of nivolumab in Hodgkin lymphoma; and determination of PD1 blockade as an important strategy in NK/T cell lymphomas.
