Abstract
- It is analyzed on the basis of scientific and archival sources of the personnel policy of the Seventh-day Adventist Church on the territory of the Second Polish Commonwealth during the interwar period. The purpose of our intelligence is to determine the role of the Adventist organizational structure in the spiritual and intellectual formation of its ministers. The research uses the methods of analysis, synthesis and synthesis, which permits to recreate the history of personnel formation and development of the Adventist organization in the territory of interwar Poland. It was proved that the personnel of the Adventist organization consisted of people of different nationalities, in particular Germans, Poles and Americans. This circumstance caused a rapid development of the church's inner life and, thanks to the provision of theological education to the ministers, the Adventist Church managed to preserve its own religious and organizational identity.
