The article presents information about meetings and symposiums that were held in year 1974 and 1975 for the study of various subjects related to human blood. The Fourteenth Annual Hanford Biology Symposium was held in Richland, Washington, in months of September and October of the year 1974. The Fourteenth Congress of the International Society of Blood Transfusion was held in July-August of the year 1975. The Ninth Congress of the World Federation was also arranged. Technical exhibitions were also held. Plenary sessions were held along with presentations which covered topics like: immune response, immunogenetics, optimal use of blood, haemostasis.
