Abstract
- The influence of the synthesis conditions (rotation speed used for spin-coating deposition of the film, film drying temperature, and the ratio of the PbI<subscript>2</subscript> and CH<subscript>3</subscript>NH<subscript>3</subscript>I reactants in solutions) on the microstructure, phase composition, and spectral-luminescent properties of films of organic-inorganic perovskite CH<subscript>3</subscript>NH<subscript>3</subscript>PbI<subscript>3-x</subscript>Cl<subscript>x</subscript> (x = 0, 0.02) was elucidated.
