The article presents information for authors with regard to article submissions for publications of the organization Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers' (IEEE's) Power and Energy Society (PES). Topics discussed include guidelines for paper preparation, paper acceptance requirements and details regarding submission of discussions and closures.
