Editorial.

The "Journal of Health & Social Behavior" has reversed the cover page. The name of the journal is located on top of the page and the article titles and authors are located at the bottom. The modification was done because library racks often conceal journal titles printed on the bottom of the cover. A new type arrangement was made to improve the appearance of the inside pages. The rejection rate for papers submitted to the journal must remain high, due to page limits imposed. The number of manuscripts that discussed policy implications increased. Lastly, there are changes in the editorial staff and associate editors.
