Abstract
- The article discusses the implementation of photographs on electronic benefits transfer (EBT) system of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) household members. It mentions that EBT cards are issued to households wherein they can appoint authorized representatives to use their EBT cards to shop on the households' behalf. It notes that the implementation of photo EBT requires upfront and ongoing costs to the state and federal government.
