Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 61-year-old Chinese woman who was presented with an acute onset of facial rashes for a couple of weeks. A physical examination was conducted which revealed extensive erythematous papules coalescing into plaques over the cheeks, nose, glabella and chin. The patient was diagnosed with granulomatous rosacea (GR) of which pathognomonic feature on histogy is the formation of non-caseating granulomas in the superficial and mid dermis.
