- 100 years after the Great Russian Revolution it is time to evaluate the impact of this epoch-making event on the <italic>politics and development</italic> of the Global South. Part I, published in the December 2017 issue of <italic>ROAPE</italic>, provided deliberations on historical and geo-political aspects of the Revolution.
