Abstract

The article presents case study of a patient who was diagnosed with Vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia and vulvar squamous cell carcinoma (SSC). It mentions that Vulvar SCC is usually associated with a pre-existing vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN), in particular differentiated VIN (DVIN), which is often associated with vulvar lichen sclerosus (VLS). It presents information on observation of white structure less areas and hairpin vessels and a central mass of keratin.
