DOD Needs to Improve the Accuracy of Its Excess Capacity Estimates.

The article discusses a report by the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) to evaluate Department of Defense's (DOD) 2017 infrastructure capacity report for accuracy and analytical sufficiency.
