Abstract

The article offers information on the hysteresis in the current–voltage characteristics of vapor‐deposited perovskite solar cells. Topics discussed include usage of interface engineering in producing crystalline perovskite material; information on planar heterojunction solar cells; and the chemical vapor deposition process.
