Abstract

The purpose of this paper is, on the one hand, to set the kinematics of the mining extraction system used for the mechanization of well drilling and, on the other hand, o perform calculations to verify the metal structure of the metal tower of extraction system, both by classic analytical calculation as well as by the finite element method. The metal structure of the extraction tower is modeled as a planar frame, which is an unspecified static system loaded with the technological forces that appear in the extraction cable and the mass forces given by the weight of the tower with the Solid Edge utility by 3D modeling.
