Abstract

The article reports on court cases in England and Wales. It mentions its involvement of a prematurely-born boy placed into foster care after his parents suffered from mental health issues. An overview of care proceedings issued for an infant whose parents underwent residential drug treatment for mental illness and drug dependency is also presented.
