Abstract: The article provides the highlights of the Foundation for Oral Rehabilitation (FOR) Consensus Conference held at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium, on November 16 and 17, 2017. The conference discussed the diagnosis, avoidance and management of complications of implant-based treatments. It presented several review papers on surgical complications, foreign body reactions and intraoral radiography.
