Non-explosivity of Stochastically Modeled Reaction Networks that are Complex Balanced.

We consider stochastically modeled reaction networks and prove that if a constant solution to the Kolmogorov forward equation decays fast enough relatively to the transition rates, then the model is non-explosive.
