Abstract

The research mainly explores the effect of perceived ethical climate on deviant workplace behavior. The behavior of the employees always affects the climate of the organization. Due to the unethical behavior of the employees at the workplace, organizations are not able to maintain an ethical climate. Organizations are trying their level best to ensure that deviant workplace behavior improves through their performance.
