Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 30-year-old white female, with a skin phototype II. It is noted that her diagnosis revealed that she was suffering from Acral pseudolymphomatous angiokeratoma of children (APACHE), a rare benign dermatosis also classified as pseudolymphoma. The article adds that patient underwent a treatment with CO2 laser, which proved effective as compared to Pulsed dye laser (PDL), topical , and radiotherapy.
