Abstract
- Earlier this year, Harvard University filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings in the complaint filed by the National Association of the Deaf on behalf of its members, private individuals on behalf of themselves, and a proposed class of similarly situated individuals brought pursuant to Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act against Harvard for failure to provide full and equal access for deaf and hard of hearing individuals to the audio and audiovisual content Harvard makes available online to the general public by not providing captioning.
