Cesium Carbonate-Promoted P-Alkylation of Phosphinecarboxamides.

An effective method for the P-alkylation of N-arylphosphinecarboxamides was demonstrated. Primary N-arylphosphinecarboxamides without additional protection underwent P-monoalkylation with various alkyl halides in the presence of cesium carbonate as a promoter.
