Abstract: Antigen-dependent migration inhibition factor produced in cultures of mouse lymph node lymphocytes was further characterized. It was found to bind to Concanavalin A and could be eluted by the appropriate sugar. The pi of the activity was found to be between 6-4 and 6.5 by isoelectric focusing. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
