SHINING A LIGHT.

The article discusses the unique and shared challenges that face health visitors (HV) working in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, as of February 2019. Topics covered include their common practice ethos and training programme standards, their individual governments' differing approaches to HV, and their differences in the number of HV-family meaningful interactions and in HV funding delivery and organisation. Also noted is the status of HV services in the four countries.
