Abstract

The article focuses on the "How to Win the War," by Alfred A. Knopf. The author argues on the disintegration of the social structure of his opponents. Analysis of his campaigns, beginning with that against Austria, certainly supports this view but there is all too little evidence that the controllers of British policy have made such an analysis and drawn the inevitable conclusions. Behind the German lines, even within the boundaries of the Reich itself, tens of millions of Hitler's victims provide explosive material for a democratic counter-revolution. This book sets out a program which could rally them to form a second, secret front against their Nazi oppressors.
