Abstract
- We have evaluated the characteristics of the mechanically-bent-shaped mirror for x-ray optics by using Long-Trace-Profiler. “Arm Method” mirror bender can control the curvature of the mirror with little effect to the slope error. © 2004 American Institute of Physics [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
