Abstract
- In this article, the author talks about what the SEALS mentorship system has meant in the lives of the academics in the U.S. It mentions that SEALS offers audiences for their presentations, mock job talks and resume reviews for prospective teachers. It also mentions about rules about composition of panels, and the tension between making sure there is sufficient member school representation yet promoting innovation and inclusiveness.
