Abstract
- The article discusses the mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) which is an incurable subtype of non-Hodgkin lymphoma that can be treated with ONC201. It states that Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor ibrutinib ahieves 68% overall response rate in relapsed/refractory MCL patients following an ONC201 treatment.
