Abstract

The article offers information on several theories which are used during measurement of permeability and erodibility testing of soils. It presents information regarding flow of water in soil. It also presents information on Darcy's law which deals with flow of water in sands states that the rate of flow is proportional to the hydraulic gradient. It mentions information on permeability coefficients.
