Limited specific T-cell mediated cytolysis in the absence of extracellular Ca2+.

The article presents a study which analyzed mouse lymphocytes for their cytolytic activity in complete or Ca2+ deprived medium. The data indicate that direct comparison of cytolysis in complete and deprived medium showed no difference between effectors with respect to adherence to nylon wool, sensitivity to lysis, or rate of cytolysis.
