Abstract

The article present a case study of a 19-year-old healthy female with a history of familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) and was diagnosed with multifocal Desmoid tumors (DTs). It mentions due to rapid growth, three DTs were treated with four separate RT courses and one tumor was irradiated twice; and also mentions the patient was treated with tamoxifen, oral vinorelbine, pegylated liposomal doxorubicin, toremifen, toremifene combinedwith goserelin, and letrozole combined with goserelin.
