People with short memories and easily fluttered judgment are saying that no Presidential campaign ever saw anything like the present demonstrations. Baron Rosen's statement in regard to the controversy supposed to be in progress between the Russian government and own over the infringement of Chinese rights in Manchuria, is welcome as a rational commentary amid a good deal of more or less foolish talk.
