Abstract

Based on the perspective of supply chain management, the FCM model of sustainable development of prefabricated buildings was constructed. Based on the three kinds of management behaviors of supply chain leaders, this paper analyzed the influence mechanism of the three kinds of key supply chain management behaviors on the sustainable competitive advantage of prefabricated buildings through the situational simulation from the aspects of the sustainable development speed and effectiveness. Results showed that under the stimulation of the ecological design, standard establishment, benefit-sharing contract, the speed of sustainable development was different. These three kinds of management behaviors have different effects on the sustainable development direction: the ecological design and standards establishment have positive effect on promoting sustainable development while benefit-sharing contract generated a negative impact.
