Plasma levels of curcumin and its metabolites curcumin glucuronide and curcumin sulfate were determined over a 48-hour time frame. The data demonstrated that the novel nano-micellar formulation enhanced curcumin plasma levels by over 400 X as compared to unformulated curcumin.
