Abstract
- The article presents frequent premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) are related to the development of arrhythmia‐induced cardiomyopathy in the absence of a structural heart disease. The catheter ablation of PVCs is the preferred treatment strategy over chronic antiarrhythmic therapy including report a rare complication after epicardial radiofrequency (RF) catheter ablation of PVCs in a patient with a PVC‐induced cardiomyopathy which resolved spontaneously.
