EXAMINING THE MODEL RULES OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT TO INCLUDE WOMEN'S MORAL EXPERIENCE AND FEMINIST ETHICS.

The article discusses the need to include feminist ethics and the moral experience of women in constructing model rules of professional conduct. Also cited are the reasons why the existing jurisprudence is masculine, the need for feminist jurisprudence to achieve true gender equality, and the differences of morality in masculine and feminine thought.
