Reduction of Uncertainty in Child Placement Decisions.

It is reasonable to expect that a social worker will experience some degree of stress in making a child placement decision. Research undertaken thus far, however, falls to confirm this expectation, in explanation the authors describe several structural mechanisms that seemingly reduce worker uncertainty and anxiety.
