Abstract
- The influence of bentonite concentration on the main physicochemical and physicomechanical properties is studied for nanocomposites based on primary polyethylene and high-density polyethylene functionalized with methacrylic acid. The sizing of bentonite nanoparticles with γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane is shown to substantially improve the operational characteristics of nanocomposites. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
