Transmission Open Access.

This chapter presents the economic issues associated with transmission open access. An example is used to illustrate the integrated transmission dispatch strategy on the impact of the willingness-to-pay for transmission. The chapter also provides a discussion of some important operational issues in the emerging market environment.
