Abstract

Consumer Behaviour is one of the themes that advertiser uses to better understanding of buyer on how their behavior respond when comes to purchasing choices. Home purchasing behavior has advanced in the most recent decade. In a developing economy like India, the purchasing behaviors in the real estate sector have changed radically over the years. The consolidation of buying behavior ideas into the decision-making process of apartments and villas will enhance the understanding of the individual decision-making process. Various models and theories have been proposed to explain the customers' pre and post-purchase behavior. Therefore, this paper has aimed at exploring the existing literature in the context of the factors influencing the buying behavior and the level of satisfaction of buyers in the Realty Sector especially in the purchasing of Apartments and Villas.
