Abstract
- The preparation process of indium oxide semiconductor nanomaterials was improved gradually, and ultimately, ordered In<subscript>2</subscript>O<subscript>3</subscript> fibers with hollow structure were successfully synthesized by electrospinning method with a special-made collector. Compared with the other samples, the ordered sample has the biggest specific surface area, the minimum grain size, and the minimum conduction resistance. So it also has the best gas sensitivity, which is more than twice that of other samples. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
