Pruritic Eruption With Skinfold Sparing.

The article presents a case study of a 89-year-old Asian man presenting with a generalized pruritic eruption of 2 months' duration. Topics include rash starting on the flanks and later spreading to the arms and legs, abdomen, and back; physical examination revealing numerous erythematous papules coalescing into large scaly plaques on the trunk, arms, and legs; and biopsy performing by an outside physician showed findings consistent with a possible pityriasiform drug eruption.
