Abstract

This paper is a reflective essay on pedagogy for prison abolitionists that are working with students who are pursuing careers in the punishment industry, especially law enforcement. The goal of this paper is to create space for abolitionists and social justice educators that support students that are pursuing a career in the criminal legal system. The goals of this paper are to highlight the tensions between our responsibilities to students as educators and our responsibilities to abolition movements. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
