Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 59-year-old right-handed woman presented with an encephalopathy and her family reported a two-week history of worsening cognition and confusion, with two months' history of deteriorating gait. It revealed the characteristic magnetic resonance findings of linear perivascular enhancement.
