Abstract
- The article focuses on the sustainable lending, a financial product which has gained traction internationally as a response by market participants to the convergence of for-profit capitalism and non-profit charitable endeavours. It mentions that companies that focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) metrics and policies are able to increase their profitability. It also mentions that sustainability linked loans have superseded green loans.
