Summary. Rabbit circulating lymphocytes have been examined for the a locus allotypic markers As1, As2 and As3 using the mixed antiglobulin reaction. These determinants cannot be as easily demonstrated as the b locus determinants As4, As5 and As6. Undiluted antiserum is required and even then the percentage of reacting cells is low.
